Advocacy/Court Representation

Service Description

We are currently able to offer a regional advocacy service covering all courts in the North West of England as well as certain courts in the North East of England. We offer two competitive pricing rates for attendances at court. The rates are applied on a case by case basis. Where possible we will charge the cheaper "Advocate" rate plus VAT at 20% however should there be a specific requirement for the representative to have have a right of audience then our "Solicitor" rate will be applied plus VAT at 20%. We kindly request our clients to provide a time estimate for the approximate length of the hearing at the time of booking. The minimum duration for our Advocacy service is set by default to 3 hours however if the hearing is listed for the full day then please be sure to book the subsequent time slots when making your booking(s). Please remember, we do not charge on an hourly rate basis unless advised specifically. Our fixed fee pricing structure can be found on the "Advocacy" or "Fees and Funding" pages of our website.
